What is Quest Diagnostics?

Quest Diagnostics is an American clinical laboratory and a Fortune 500 company. Currently, Quest Diagnostics is the leading provider of diagnostic services in North America.

My contribution to QuestDiagnostics.com was a redesign of the Clinical Education Center (content hub) section of the site and a conversion of design files (including Design System) from Sketch to Figma.

Improved accessibility overall by

  1. cleaning up the layout and structure per content type and presenting it in a more predictable way,

  2. including clarifying labels on all information displayed

Made the content more discoverable and searchable from the hub landing page by

  1. allowing browsing by content type and

  2. making room in a prominent spot for featured content

I built each component for the Quest Design System transfer in Figma, utilizing the latest features to assure that future designs will be responsive, flexible, and easy to update across the board when the time comes.

Quest Diagnostics received recognition at the prestigious 2022 eHealthcare Leadership Awards. It was honored with the Silver Award for Best Site Design in the Medical Practice/Outpatient Facility category, further validating its exceptional design and functionality.
